Our Diamond package offers a full service Wedding planning, taking care of every detail of your wedding from initial vendor meetings to your honeymoon. You will begin are initial consultation by filling out a survey that lets us determine the style, theme, and colors for your wedding. The Diamond Package is the only package that features on-site presence on the day or your wedding.   Below you will find a list of the features included in the Diamond package if you desire any other services please ask, there is no event or request we won't try to fulfill, the Diamond package is endless. 

Pre-Wedding Planning 

• Initial consolation and assessment. 

• Assist in developing the type/style of wedding that fits your personality 

• Provide an assitant to accompany you to any vendor appointments 

• Provide professional vendor referrals and accompany you to vendor meetings 

• Provide a detailed budget 

• Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions 

                          o Creative ideas 

                          o Budgeting 

                          o Etiquette 

• Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party 

• Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors. 

• Assist with Design and/or Suggestions for wedding invitations. 

• Assist with wording of invitations 

• Ensure all vendor selections are within your budget, track your payments, and keep you informed as to budget stats and payment due dates. 

• Develop a wedding planning timeline to help remind you of all that needs to be done. 

• Organize a bridesmaid luncheon 

• Provide a web site to coordinate events and make guest aware of accommodations and dates and times. 

• Captures all responses to your invitations and the likelihood of attendance 

• Map out your entire "to do" list from start to finish 

Accommodations 

• Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guest at conveniently located hotels. 

• Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for your and your guests. 

Rehearsal Dinner 

• Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize wedding party 

• Locate and reserve a venue for rehearsal dinner Wedding Ceremony 

• Make reservation and help with picking location 

• Arrange photographer and videographer Reception 

• Orchestrate your wedding reception and organize wedding party
